Based on Hire Purchase, Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) offers a Guaranteed Final Payment or Balloon payment which often reduces both the monthly payment and contract term, it can in some cases even reduce the amount of deposit required to suit your payment budget. At contract end you can surrender the vehicle and simply hand it back, trade it in or sell it or retain ownership by paying off the residual or re financing it, the choice is yours!
